A Different Approach to Hormone & Metabolic Health
I built Harmony after years of working in internal medicine and chronic disease management. I saw too many people being told their symptoms were simply part of aging, or that their bloodwork was “normal” despite feeling anything but normal.
Fatigue. Brain fog. Poor sleep. Loss of strength. Weight gain. Low libido. Heavy periods. Hot flashes.
These symptoms are common, but they shouldn’t be dismissed as 'normal’.
My Philosophy of Care
I believe medicine should be evidence-informed and individualized.
That means treating the person — not just the lab value.
Every recommendation I make is based on 3 things:
Your symptoms and goals
Current scientific evidence
Your individual health risks and medical history
There is rarely a single “right” approach. My role is to help you understand your options so we can make informed decisions together.
Looking Beyond Hormones
Hormones are only one piece of the puzzle.
Sleep, thyroid function, nutrition, insulin resistance, body composition, cardiovascular health, stress, and lifestyle all influence how we feel.
I look at all aspects of your health to determine what is driving your symptoms, rather than simply treating them.
My Journey
My interest in hormone and metabolic health developed through both my professional training and my own experiences.
As a former Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and competitive bodybuilder, I developed an appreciation for the remarkable ability of the human body to adapt when given the right tools. I became fascinated by the relationship between nutrition, resistance training, metabolism, hormones, and performance.
Outside The Clinic
Outside of medicine you’ll find me in nature, playing music, or spending time with my husband and two daughters.
Staying active has always been an important part of my life. I believe movement, good nutrition, restorative sleep, and meaningful relationships are fundamental to long-term health.
The way I practice today is shaped by every stage of my career — from fitness and exercise physiology to internal medicine and chronic disease management, and advanced hormone therapy. Hormone optimization is where my passions for physiology, preventative medicine, and lifestyle science naturally come together.
